the Crows
On April 8, 2007, I went to Valemount, BC. I saw crows and tons of them. The crows were huge and black and kind of ugly. I don't like crows very much. In fact, I despise them. When I think of crows, they remind me of morbid things and death.
I was thinking that I was being invaded by these crows because there were so many of them but then I realized just what was happening. It was mating season for the crows!
One male crow, the biggest one of the bunch, was sitting with his feathers fluffed right out. He did a kind of little dance for the females and they seemed quite content. I was a little embarrassed when I realized just what was going on.
