Salmon Patties

A nutritous and light meal.
RECIPE
2 cans salmon
1 egg
1 pack crackers
Drain the juice
from the salmon and pour the salmon into a mixing bowl. Add the egg. Crush the
crackers and add them into the mixture. Stir and form the mixture into patties.
Fry them in a frying pan. These would be great served on a bun with fresh tomato
and lettuce!
