MOUNTAIN MIKE

Hi everyone! My name is Mountain Mike. Guess where I live? That is right, I live in the mountains. I live in a small mountain town in the midst of the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia.

British Columbia is located on the west coast of Canada. It is situated north of the state of Washington and south of the state of Alaska. British Columbia is a very beautiful province. I have lived in this province for the past 25 years and I would not want to live anywhere else.

I have three brothers that live in other Canadian provinces. Their names are Prairie Pete, City Cecil and Fishing Frank. They love the provinces that live in but they do like to come and visit me.

I built my own log cabin with my own bare hands out of the big cedar trees that grow on my property. I own 100 acres of this beautiful province. My property contains mostly bush land but also contains my very own lake and my very own mountain.

I hunt and fish for my food and I grow my own vegetables. I don't get into town very much but then why would I want to. I have pretty much everything I want right here.

I am very content in my mountainous home and wouldn't trade it for anything.
