Story 563 – Runaway Easter Train

RUNAWAY EASTER TRAIN written by Debbie Williamson Easter Bunny was in his den getting ready to deliver the Easter gifts to all the good boys and girls all over the world. It was a really nice, warm day outside and it smelled fresh as the morning dew that covered the flowers and the grass. “Easter Bunny!” exclaimed someone loudly at the door to his den. “Come quick!” Easter Bunny stood at the entrance to his den and was surprised to see the Mayor of the village standing there, face pale as a ghost. “Goodness me!” exclaimed Easter Bunny. “What is going on?” “We have a runaway train just outside of the village,” cried the Mayor. “It is threatening to crash right into the mountains beside us.” “Oh dear!” exclaimed Easter Bunny. “This is serious! JEN-JEN’S EASTER written by Debbie Williamson Jen-Jen sat on the front porch of her log cabin. She was very upset and was crying her eyes out. “Why are you crying?” asked the Easter Bunny, who just happened to arrive at Jen-Jen’s property. Jen-Jen did not even look up. She did not know it was the Easter Bunny that was talking to her. “Well,” said Jen-Jen, staring at the ground. “I’ve been a really good girl this year. As a matter of fact, I’ve been a really good girl for many years now and each year the Easter Bunny seems to forget about me. I just don’t get it.” “Gee,” said the Easter Bunny. “I don’t think the Easter Bunny has forgotten about you at all. As a matter of fact, I know the Easter Bunny hasn’t forgotten … Read entire article »

Spot went over to the bag and looked inside of it. “Carrots!” exclaimed Spot. “What are you doing with a bag of carrots? Don’t you dare try and tell me that you are going … Read entire article »

It is so nice to see green grass and pretty flowers and to feel that warm sunshine once again. I want to share with you, my latest adventure. I hope that you will enjoy it. About a week ago, I was walking through my bush lot, in Mountain Grove Ontario. I came upon the most unusual sight. I saw a bunny rabbit. He was hopping through the bush singing “Hippity, Hoppity!”.
