BILLY TROLL'S WINTER CONCERT written by Debbie Williamson “It is cold outside today,” said Billy Troll, rubbing his hands together to keep them warm. “You should have worn your gloves,” said Dianne Troll, taking Billy’s cold hands in her gloved ones. “I know,” said Billy. “I just didn’t think it was going to be this cold!” “We’ll be at the practice hall soon,” said Dianne. Billy was relieved when he saw the practice hall out of the corner of his eye.
