VALENTINE'S DAY IN THE PRAIRIES written by Debbie Williamson Hello everyone. This is Prairie Pete. You might remember that I live in Saskatchewan, Canada, one of the prairie provinces. It is Valentine's Day here but we really don't do much to celebrate it. I mean, we will have a nice dinner with our loved ones and possibly share a few little gifts together but that is pretty much it. This time of the year we are usually snowed in or are in the midst of a cold spell. February in the prairies is usually a pretty nasty month for us. AUTUMN IN THE PRAIRIES written by Debbie Williamson Hi this is Prairie Pete. I'm the Canadian Brother that lives in the prairie province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Sorry, I don't have much time to chat with you right now. Autumn in the prairies is a very busy time of the year. SUMMER IN THE PRAIRIES written by Debbie Williamson Hi there! This is Prairie Pete. I live in the middle of the prairies, in the province of Saskatchewan. Summer in the prairies is a very special time of the year and the main reason for that is the beautiful sunsets we get. I don't think any other province in the whole country would see a sunset as beautiful as we see them here in Saskatchewan. When the sun sets in Saskatchewan, it is like the sun meeting the land.
